Plain words, not legal fog. You can always see what we hold. You can ask us to change or delete it at any time.

Our team and core tools sit inside the EU. We pick vendors who meet GDPR standards before we trust them with a single record.

Section 01
Who we are
Code Chefs is a web development studio. We build SaaS MVPs and custom e-commerce sites for founders, CTOs, and product teams. We act as the data controller for the details on this site. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
Section 02
What we collect
We gather only what a project needs. That usually falls into a few simple groups.
- Contact details you send through our forms or by email. This is your name, work email, and message.
- Project notes you share during scoping calls. We keep these to quote and plan the work.
- Basic site analytics. These are anonymous counts of page views. They help us improve this site.
Section 03
Why we use it
We use your data to reply to enquiries and scope projects. We also use it to deliver and support the work you hire us for. We never sell it. We never rent it out. We do not run ad profiles on you.
Section 04
How long we keep it
We hold project data for as long as we work together. After that, we keep records needed for tax and legal reasons. Then we delete the rest. You can ask us to remove your details sooner.

Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted tools that help us run the studio. Think email, hosting, and invoicing. Each one is vetted for GDPR. Read more about our tech stack and our process.
Your rights under GDPR
You stay in control of your data.
Access
Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you. We send it within one month.
Correction
Tell us if a detail is wrong. We will fix it fast, no fuss.
Deletion
Ask us to erase your data. We remove it unless the law says we must keep it.
Objection
Tell us to stop a given use. You can also lodge a complaint with your local authority.
